All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least three independent expert reviewers. Each submission will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Originality and novelty
• Scientific and technical quality
• Significance and relevance to the conference themes
• Methodological soundness
• Clarity of presentation and overall quality

To maintain a high standard of scholarly excellence, no more than 50% of the submitted full papers (including those submitted to the main conference and special sessions/workshops) will be accepted for presentation and publication.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with a renowned international publisher (publication proposal currently under evaluation). The proceedings will be submitted for indexing and abstracting by major international scientific databases, subject to the publisher's and indexing services' evaluation policies. Each published paper will include:

• A Digital Object Identifier (DOI)
• Linked references
• XML metadata
• Permanent citation information
