Prof. Ts. Dr. Hj. Mohd Farhan is a full Professor at FSKTM, UTHM and a principal researcher at AROMA. He obtained a Diploma in Computer Science (UTM) and a Bachelor of Science in IT and a Master of Science in IT (UITM), and a PhD from Deakin University, Australia in 2012. As a Professional Technologist and a senior member of IEEE & IACSIT, he is certified with MCTS-SQL, MSTB CTFL & CPRE, and UCU-Programmer. In terms of research output, he (and his team) has secured more than RM2 million worth of research grants & consultation, and RM2.5 million in-kind endowment for establishing the 1st Aruba Academy in SEA. He has published more than 100 indexed articles, books and copyrights, receiving many awards and more than 15 GOLD medals in international innovation competitions. 14 PhD and 4 MSc students have successfully graduated under his supervision. His research/technical interests and experience encompass Information Systems, Multimedia Computing & Applications, Digitalization, and ICT Governance.
