Presentation Guideline for Parallel Session in International Conference 2025 4th International Conference On Multidisciplinary Applications of Information Technology (ICOMIT)

Presenters who participate in the Parallel sessions must attend the sessions on-site and do the presentation based on the schedule.
 

1. Time Allocation:

  • Each presenter is allocated a total of 15 minutes, divided into a 10-minute presentation and a 5-minute question and answer (Q&A) session.
  • It is essential to adhere to the allocated time to ensure a smooth flow of the session and provide equal opportunity to all presenters.
  • Please prepare your talk such that you will end on time. Session chairs will be advised to keep a strict timing.

2. Presentation Material:

  • Prepare your presentation slides in PowerPoint format (.pptx) or any other compatible format.
  • The presentation material should be uploaded online before August 23rd, 2025, using the provided link: https://s.ub.ac.id/g1pdv
  • file name format: [Paper ID on EDAS]_[Presenter Full Name]_[The first 3 words of the article title].pptx
  • example: 1571033235_John Traixs_Information Communication Technology.pptx
  • Ensure that your presentation file is accessible and compatible with the conference system.
  • Include the Authors name, Article title, and the conference logo on the first slide.

3. Slide Content:

  • Keep the number of slides concise and manageable within the 10-minute time frame.
  • Use a clear and legible font size and avoid overcrowding slides with excessive text.
  • Utilize visual aids such as charts, graphs, and images to enhance understanding and engagement.
  • Present your research methodology, key findings, and conclusions effectively, highlighting the significance of your work.

4. Room Arrival:

  • Arrive at the designated room at least 30 minutes before the session start time.
  • Set up any additional equipment you may require, such as a laptop, pointer, or microphone.
  • Familiarize yourself with the room layout and any technical arrangements for audio-visual support.

5. Technical Support:

  • Conference staff will be available to assist with technical issues and provide necessary support.
  • Inform the staff if you have any specific technical requirements well in advance.

6. Session Etiquette:

  • Please present yourself to the Session Chair in advance of the session.
  • Be respectful of other presenters by adhering to the allocated time.
  • Engage actively with the audience during your presentation and Q&A session.
  • Stay attentive during other presenters' talks and participate actively in the discussion.
